Mobil listrik tengah naik daun. Setelah Dahlan Iskan tertarik menjadikannya mobil pribadi, orang nomor satu di Indonesia, Presiden Soesilo Bambang Yudhono (SBY) pun ikut-ikutan memesan mobil yang dibuat di Yogyakarta ini.

“Setelah mobil Listrik perdana yang akan dimiliki pak Dahlan Iskan, mobil listrik yang akan kami kerjakan adalah untuk Presiden SBY,” kata sang pembuat mobil listrik, Danet Suryatama, Kamis (11/10/2012).

Ditemui di bengkel Kupu Kupu Malam Jalan Kabupetan, Sleman Yogyakarta, Danet mengatakan Dahlan langsung tertarik memesan mobil listrik seharga Rp 1,5 miliar setelah bertemu langsung dan dijelaskan konsep mobil tersebut.

Danet mengakui mobil itu adalah sebenarnya prototipe di sebuah perusahaan berbasis di Michigan, Amerika Serikat bernama ElektrikCar LLC. Dan kebetulan Menteri BUMN tengah berambisi untuk mengembangkan mobil listrik

Inovasi teknologi terus berlanjut kali ini datang dari dunia otomotif. Perusahaan otomotif Jepang yakni Nissan baru saja memamerkan sebuah konsep mobil terbarunya dengan nama NSC-2015 di pameran CEATEC 2012 Smart Mobility Zero. Mobil ini selain bisa dikendarai secara manual dengan memegang setir, juga bisa dikendalikan menggunakan smartphone Samsung Galaxy SIII yang menggunakan jaringan LTE (Long Term Evolution).

Selain gadis-gadis cantik nan molek, James Bond identik dengan tunggangan yang keren. Sebagai agen rahasia paling top, mobil James Bond tentu bukanlah sembarang mobil yang tak memiliki keistimewaan. Karena dalam setiap filmnya, mobil sang jagoan ini berfungsi juga sebagai senjata andalan untuk menempuh misi berbahaya. 

Aston Martin dikenal sebagai mobil James Bond paling populer. Dalam film terbaru berjudul Skyfall, Aston Martin kembali menemani aksi sang agen 007 dengan seri mobil Vanquish 5.9. Versi Vanquish terdahulu sempat pula muncul di film James Bond tahun 2000 berjudul "Die Another Day". 

Agaknya tampilan Vanquish dianggap cocok dengan karakter James Bond. Tampilan Vanquish 5.9 ini mirip dengan seri DBS dalam soal gaya dan desain, tetapi sebenarnya mobil ini 75 persen baru. Aston Martin Vanquish 5.9 mengemas mesin V12 yang memproduksi 573 bhp, kualitas yang lebih tinggi dari Aston Martin DBS. 

Skyfall menjadi film ke-23 James Bond dan direncanakan akhir bulan Oktober ini akan rilis perdana di Inggris. Daniel Craig masih menjadi pemeran utama dan akan berhadapan dengan aktor asal Spanyol, Javier Bardem.
